Feedback from Outdoor training course: June 2009
Not only did I enjoy the weekend enormously, but I found the unique approach for drumming home the principles of ABC (DE) very good indeed.
I left the course feeling more confident than ever before about delaing with an emergency. A hugh thank you from a very satisfied customer!!

Feedback from Trainer Induction Course July 2009
Pre-course details;
Everything very good – liked the frank and realistic conversation with Cory and Carole pre-course on if this course was suitable for me.
Cory and Carole couldn’t have been more helpful.
From the initial contact with ITC, I found that all of the relevant information was clear and concise.
Comments on course
Very enjoyable, obviously they know their stuff and very enthusiastic.
Super.
Relax environment and the manner in which Cory delivered the course put everyone at ease.
Thumbs up.
A fantastic course overall it managed to pack in huge amount of information and content in a short time. It is a credit to Cory that he managed to keep the course vibrant and interesting despite the huge content.

Outdoor First Aid course June 09
I have just attended your Outdoor and Incident Management Course in Kendal (25th & 26th June) and thought I would give you a little feedback. I can't give any constructive criticism because I cant fault it. You and your team pitched it at the right level, it was fun but after the first day I felt exhausted and under a pressure to learn the "procedure" which is good because the fact is that first aid is a very serious matter.
As you informed us, after a night sleep it would all sink in, and it did.
I'm a fairly uneducated guy and it takes along time for things to sink in, but your style of teaching was great, I particularly like the casualty scoring system because it made sure that no matter if you were the first aider or the casualty you were always thinking of the procedure and that made it stick in your head. The trainers assisting were great, a credit to your company, a good mix of characters and it keeps you alert having different section delivered by different people.
Thanks very much for a great two days, I am now confident that I am " the best first aider I have ever been"

First Aid DOES save lives!
Jo came on one of our Outdoor First Aid courses in June 09. We pride
ourselves on giving people confidence to do real first aid and from this
it sounds like Jo did the right thing with a successful outcome. Well
done Jo.
From Jo;
'Just a quick email to say a big ‘thank you' for the Outdoor First Aid
course - it's one of the best I've attended: great interactive
experiential delivery with sound advice and tips!
I had to put it into practice earlier today - we were having a
pre-cragging brew at Shepherd's café when I noticed an older chap
slumped on a bench eyes wide open but obviously not responding. Anyway
all your drills paid off and we kept him breathing until he actually
came round and then the first responders / paramedics arrived.
Hopefully he's ok now!
Thanks again
Kind regards
Jo '

KE Adventure Travel - Outdoor First Aid course feedback June 2009
I have now taken over four first aid courses - this has been far away the best. Thank you very much!!
Overall I thought the standard of training was original and
inspirational and in particular Cory was on form with plenty of life
and energy. All the course was relevant especially the outdoor
scenarios.
I found the instruction to be articulate and in particular very useful course leader had relevant remote training experience.
I was impressed by impeccable time-keeping.
Well done and thanks, I found everything useful as my first aid training was a long time ago. Working scenarios was excellent to put into practice the theory.
The most useful part of the course was EVERYTHING, especially the systems approach.
